Kerri-lyn and Jason are truly wonder people and Realtors. 

They both got to know who we are and what our likes and dislikes were to the point that they were able to tell some properties would not work for us as soon as we walked in or pulled up front of the house.

We liked how they took our feedback from every property we viewed and adjusted our search criteria to match.  

Kerri-lyn and Jason really worked hard at scheduling viewings around our schedule and if one  wasn’t available the other usually was to view the homes.  

Kerri-lyn and Jason are very knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods and steered us away from less desirable neighbourhoods.

We appreciated how when properties came up they looked at potential resale in the future and advised if they thought it would be hard to sell that property down the road.

Kerri-lyn and Jason were genuinely looking to help us make a good purchase and not just make a sale to get commission.

And how patient Kerri-lyn and Jason were with us, looking for just the right house. 

We also appreciated all the extra help for finding home inspector and roofing contractors.
