As first time home buyers we really didn’t know what to expect. Kerri-lyn didn’t want to just make a sale, she really wanted us to be absolutely 150% happy that we were finding the perfect house. Let me start my saying that we have moved more times than I care to remember and dealt with a few realtors and none were comparable to Kerri-lyn's team at Remax.

Being in the military, we found ourselves once again uprooted and advised we were being shipped off, this time to Edmonton. While this was a change we were hoping for, searching for a home on a limited time frame is never an easy task.

We were pleasantly surprised to quickly learn how this team can work with utmost efficiency. Kerri-lyn emailed daily listing for us to review for about a month before our trip. My husband and I showed up on our first day of house-hunting with a folder stuffed with listings we wanted to see but we thought we had narrowed it down to a “top ten”. But she was able to tell us right off the bat which homes would not suit our needs, which were overpriced, etc, and directed us to finding our home. She even helped me learn the city a bit with a map to follow as we went from home to home. " I (Jim) remember when first meeting Kerri-lyn. I was barbequing on our balcony and I asked Kerri-lyn if she was the lady with Remax, who was selling the condo down the hallway from us. Yes, she replied and then asked if there was anything she could do for us. I said yes, we would like to sell our condo which was facing west, and buy another condo in the same building facing east. Kerri-lyn replied “I can make that happen” This started our adventure with Kerri-lyn.

Within the next few days Kerri-lyn called and said there was a condo for sale and would we like to see it.
